Twenty-four humans across Lisbon and Tokyo. We hold a monthly silent retreat. We have one rule: never ship anything that wouldn't help us sleep better at 2am.
Why we made it.
We started Wellness AI Club in 2021, after a long run of trying every meditation app and finding most of them louder than the noise they promised to quiet.
Our bet was simple. The best meditation app is the one that gets out of your way. No streaks shaming you back. No friend-of-a-friend celebrity narrators reading scripts they didn't write. No up-sell on every screen.
Today, we are twenty-four humans across two cities. We meditate before stand-ups. We close the office for the first Friday of every month for a silent retreat. We pay our writers well. We publish our science. We move slowly on purpose.

Practice, not performance
We hide streaks if you want them hidden. We will never shame you back into the app.
Slow software
We ship less, more carefully. No dark patterns, no growth hacks. The interface stays out of the way.
Privacy as a feature
On-device audio analysis. No tracking pixels. No selling data — not even the polite kind.
Evidence-led
Every claim is peer-reviewed or it doesn't ship. Our science board sits in Oxford and Stanford.
